With no shortage of mountain bike coaches in the UK. I wanted to do something with a difference. Combining both my love of fitness and cycling I wanted to create a coaching package that focuses on these things.
Coaching sessions are run around specific places in Sheffield, mainly Grenoside/Wharncliffe woods and will focus on improving your climbing, and descending by focusing on:
- MTB related fitness.
- Body position/Bike set up.
- Technical riding ability.
- How to use the terrain to your advantage.
- Energy management and nutrition.
These sessions are focused towards enduro/XC riders but will also help anyone who want's to enjoy their riding a little more or just improve on their weaknesses.
